You are responsible for verifying listing details, conducting due diligence, and complying with all applicable laws related to livestock trading in Lesotho.

Listings published on Sakeng Livestock are provided by sellers or authorised administrators. While we apply verification processes where indicated, buyers should independently confirm the condition, health, and ownership of livestock before completing a purchase.

Any agreement for the sale or purchase of livestock is strictly between the buyer and seller. Sakeng is not a party to those agreements unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

All content on the Sakeng Livestock website, including text, branding, logos, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to Sakeng Livestock and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sakeng Livestock shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any transaction facilitated through it.

We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. Your use of the platform is at your own risk.
